You need to troubleshoot the connection options first. Check the hostname (ping it to see if it's alive), the port your're connecting to (usually this belongs to the protocol you're using - SSH, Telnet, FTP, SFTP, etc), and other routes or firewalls.
If you have a firewall installed in your PC, add NCT-2000-XP to the exclusion list to avoid filtering. Also, I strongly recommend choosing PuTTY over any terminal application out there primarily because it's very simple, compatible with 99 % of all the servers available on the Internet and more.
On the developer's website, it's mentioned that they've released a new version of NCT-2000-XP that was free of errors and the win32k.sys error was also corrected. However, I've searched on their website, but I couldn't find anything about the download. They indicate a link to a download portal that doesn't contain anything about NCT-2000-XP.
Our two work stations have a time limit of 1 hour. How do we change that?

In order to remove the limitation time, you need to purchase the full version of the program. The 60 minutes session limit is a trial mode limitation. Another limitation of the software is that you can use it free of charge only 30 days. To acquire the full version of the program, you need to get in touch with the NComputing Sales Department.
My NETPCSTATIONS cannot connect to server because of the above message. Can you help me to fix it?

NComputing offers two possible fixes for the error you encountered. Since these fixes require advanced configuration, I recommend you visit the official website to check them. You might need to change certain registry items and in order to do that, you need Administrator privileges. Make sure that your username is Administrator enabled before doing any changes to the system/application.

Because of that, I strongly recommend contacting them: https://www.ncomputing.com/en/company/contact-us
